So recently I started training at a gym called
Educo. I go to the one on London Wall in the City. Its a great little studio with some lovely trainers who are all very inspiring, helpful and good at what they do! Here I learnt about the high fat, low carb, ketosis diet, which is what I am now doing for the next 2/3 weeks. To make things a little more interesting I am also vegetarian/pescetarian so it limits what I can and cant eat on the diet. I will be posting my fav recipes/creations on this diet in the next few weeks.
